About our Work
In July 2024, after receiving approval from Egyptian authorities, MiracleFeet started a partnership with Rotary Club Al Shorouk in Cairo, collaborating with them to identify clubfoot clinical sites where MiracleFeet could support clubfoot treatment and training programs as well as supply foot abduction braces. In 2026, partnership transitioned to the Assiut Childhood and Development Association (ACDA) to continue expanding treatment access.
Our Partner
The Assiut Childhood and Development Association (ACDA) brings decades of experience delivering disability rehabilitation and community development programs across Cairo and Upper Egypt. Founded in 1991 by orthopedic specialist Prof. Gala El-din Zaki Said, ACDA integrates health, education, women’s empowerment, child protection, and grassroots capacity strengthening, reaching thousands of vulnerable children annually. ACDA will build upon the foundation established with Rotary Club Al Shorouk and continue collaboration with Al Azhar University Clubfoot Clinic in Cairo, expanding access to quality clubfoot care nationwide. Given the high burden of untreated clubfoot in Egypt, ACDA’s infrastructure, and community-based approach provide the strategic leverage needed to sustainably close the treatment gap and maximize impact.
