About Our Work
MiracleFeet began our partnership in Laos in 2026 with the Cooperative Orthotic and Prosthetic Enterprise (COPE), focusing efforts on implementation in two strategically selected rehabilitation centers in the regions of Vientiane and Luang Prabang. Through these intentional efforts, our partner is focusing on quality over rapid expansion, allowing COPE clinical teams to sharpen their competencies in the Ponseti Method, strengthen overall technical capacity, and refine early detection and referral practices. As the program develops, MiracleFeet and COPE will work together to lay a strong foundation for high-quality treatment delivery, robust data collection, and strengthened community-level engagement structures for clubfoot services.
Our Partner
Since its establishment in 1997, Cooperative Orthotic and Prosthetic Enterprise has expanded from prosthetic and orthotic services to nationwide clubfoot care by introducing the Ponseti method in 2004 and delivering free, integrated treatment through the Centre for Medical Rehabilitation in Vientiane and provincial rehabilitation centers across the country. With support from MiracleFeet in basic Ponseti training, early detection and referral services, and community orientation, COPE helps ensure the timely treatment of children with clubfoot in Laos.
