Agnès Mukamana Nduguye

Program Manager, West and Central Africa (Senegal)

Agnès, orginally from Rwanda, has worked and lived in over 15 countries. She is a humanitarian and development leader with over two decades of experience working in low-resource countries, focusing on community engagement and grassroots initiatives. She has worked with various international NGOs across various countries, including CARE International in Rwanda and Cameroon, World Vision in Rwanda and Niger, and the Dutch Red Cross in Mali and Marie Stopes International in Niger. Agnes holds a Master of Arts degree in Development Studies from Kabale University, Uganda, a Bachelor of Health and Community Development, and an Advanced Diploma in General Nursing from Kigali Health Institute (KHI), Rwanda. In April 2023, she received a certificate of recognition from the Association de Solidarité aux Enfants atteints de Malformation du Pied (ASEMP) for her enriching contribution, her professionalism, and her willingness to serve children born with clubfoot in Mali.

Alex Gowins

Data Analyst (USA)

Alex Gowins is MiracleFeet’s Data Analyst responsible for maintaining a portfolio of reports and dashboards, responding to requests for data analysis from MiracleFeet partners and providers, developing and delivering training in data solutions, and managing distribution of the MiracleFeet brace. Alex has an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Masters in mathematics from North Carolina A&T State University. He has always enjoyed working with numbers and is passionate about using data to solve problems.

Amartya Bagal Rana

MEAL Analyst (India)

Amartya Bagal Rana is MiracleFeet’s MEAL Analyst and has been working in Monitoring and Evaluation in the non-profit sector for twelve years. She has a Master’s in Social Work and an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta. She loves traveling, listening to music and is an avid reader. She is based in Hyderabad, India.

Andrianina Andriambinintsoa

Application Support Manager (Madagascar)

Andrianina is MiracleFeet’s Application Support Manager supporting the headquarters team with projects related to CAST and SMS. Andrianina was involved in the development of CAST, supporting the pilot with Dimagi in Madagascar. Prior to joining MiracleFeet, Andrianina worked with our Madagascar partner as the technical coordinator. He’s an experienced Ponseti practitioner, trained by Mercy Ships, and is based in Toamasina, Madagascar.

Anna Cuthel

Technical Director (Australia)

As Technical Director, Anna provides guidance on the core clinical and service delivery elements of MiracleFeet’s programs around the world building and safeguarding the quality of the work we do with our partners. Anna has 18 years of experience in the international development and non-profit sector and is skilled in strategic planning, project management, training, partnership development, and communication. As a clubfoot clinician herself, Anna was privileged to meet Dr. Ponseti in Iowa in 2007 to discuss increasing access to his method in low- and middle-income countries. She was the first Africa Regional Manager for CURE Clubfoot Worldwide and was one of a core group who collaborated to form the Global Clubfoot Initiative in 2009. After living in Kenya for 13 years, Anna now lives in Australia with her family.

Anthony Binamungu

Program Manager, East Africa (Tanzania)

As MiracleFeet’s Program Manager for the East Africa region, Anthony works collaboratively to enhance and support the efforts of our local partners. Anthony is a staunch advocate for child rights and protection, and worked previously at several child-focused international organizations such as the Norwegian People’s Aid, SOS Children’s Villages, Save the Children, Children in Crossfire, PACT, and UNICEF.

Anthony’s leadership has elevated nationally-driven initiatives instilling hope, health, and happiness in the lives of countless underprivileged children and their families. Anthony holds a Master’s in Community Economic Development from the Open University of Tanzania, a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies from the MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MS-TCDC) Tanzania, and a Certificate in Environmental Health earned at the Kagemu Health Training Centre in Tanzania.

Catherine Elkins

Associate Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (USA)

Catherine Elkins brings more than 25 years of global experience and technical expertise in successfully designing, managing, troubleshooting, and delivering M&E, evaluation, research, and learning projects in cross-cultural and low-resource settings, including peace-precarious situations such as Iraq and Afghanistan. At MiracleFeet, she champions quality methods and strategic design and use of MEAL systems, tools, and evidence building capacities and partnerships to ensure that evidence and collaborative learning informs and expands our success. With field experience across diverse sectors in more than 30 countries, Catherine especially enjoys teaching and training; she often designs and delivers courses and workshops and spent five years teaching evaluation and M&E seminars to mid-career international fellows at Duke University’s Sanford School.

Catherine earned her PhD in Political Science with a focus on political economy methods from Duke, following a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and three years in Mauritania as a State Department Foreign Service Officer. Her extensive track record of senior leadership in research, M&E, and evaluation includes roles as Director of Research and Evaluation (Jhpiego at Johns Hopkins), M&E Director (Jhpiego & RTI on USAID global programs and national projects), and Principal Investigator of numerous complex mixed-method impact evaluations for bilateral, multilateral, and foundation clients.

Catherine is based in Chapel Hill, NC.

Caroline Perkinson

Associate Director of Finance

As the Associate Director of Finance, Caroline oversees the day-to-day financial operations of MiracleFeet. Her background is in international development and grantmaking and she has a passion for Microsoft Excel. She has lived and worked abroad in numerous countries including Jordan, Syria, and Hungary. Caroline holds a BA in Political Science from Davidson College and an MBA from Duke University.

Dr. Che Frungwa

Interim Senior Program Field Officer, West and Central Africa (Cameroon)

Dr. Che works with MiracleFeet’s West and Central Africa team to develop and implement national-driven programs to ensure timely and equitable treatment of clubfoot in the region. He is also spearheading the launch, growth, and expansion of the Cote D’Ivoire program.

With over five years of experience in both the public and private health sectors, Che is an international health specialist and physician. He has a keen interest in humanitarian health and health system strengthening and has been involved in several humanitarian aid programs for refugees and internally displaced persons, working with organizations such as Africa Humanitarian Action and the International Medical Corps. He also played a crucial role in some international development projects in Cameroon as part of the Korea International Cooperation Agency’s (KOICA) program team.

Che holds a Doctor of General Medicine degree from the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, University of Yaoundé, Cameroon and a Master’s of International Public Health from Liverpool John Moores University, England. He has co-authored a few articles in the domains of neglected tropical diseases and infectious diseases amongst vulnerable populations.

In recognition of his exceptional work, Che has received several accolades, including an award for creating the first sustainable partnership between the Cameroon English-speaking Medical Students Association and Dr. George Bwelle’s ASCOVIME during his tenure as the association’s president in 2015.

Dr. Chrysal Beaudou Ngouateu

Technical Program Officer (Cameroon)

Dr. Chrysal Ngouateu Beaudou pursued a career in public health after being inspired by the strength and resilience of his community in the face of many health disparities. His career has spanned clinical work, disease surveillance, and emergency response. As National Medical Coordinator for International Medical Corps, Chrysal oversaw a large team. In addition to his clinical and public health work, Chrysal is actively involved in research endeavors focused on epidemiology, infectious diseases, and health systems strengthening. He recently finished his Master’s in Public Health and will conclude his Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid in 2025. Outside of work, Chrysal loves travelling, reading, music and spending quality time with family.

Clifford Hakimi-Khiaban

Associate Director of Digital Systems (South Africa)

Clifford graduated from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology with a degree in mechanical engineering, first working in the construction consulting industry before having an opportunity to segway into the public health sector at the Desmond Tutu HIV Foundation with a research project on Tuberculosis transmission.

Most recently, he has been a technical project manager at Dimagi, the organization that builds and maintains CommCare, where he has worked with many organizations across Africa, Asia and the Americas to gather program requirements, design, build, deploy and integrate applications for small to national scale programs across fields of health care, agriculture and education.

In his spare time you’ll find him outdoors. Although he loves hiking, biking and camping, his true passion is rock climbing, which he practices at every opportunity he finds. 

Dana Corbett

Senior Grants Officer (USA)

Dana is passionate about reducing health inequities around the world, particularly among women and children. Before joining MiracleFeet she received her Master’s in Public Health from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and also completed the Global Health Certificate. Dana has experience supporting other international nonprofits focused on maternal and child health in low- and middle-income countries through research projects and operational support to local project staff. Dana’s work at MiracleFeet includes assisting with fundraising efforts by identifying and applying for funding opportunities and managing relationships and communication with institutional donors. In her free time Dana enjoys yoga and biking.  

Daphne de Souza Lima Sorensen

Chief Executive Officer (USA)

Daphne de Souza Lima Sorensen has 20 years’ experience in international development, social justice and child and human rights, leading teams across Latin America and Africa. She oversees global operations and staff, adding strategic leadership capacity to MiracleFeet’s growing team and impact.

Daphne joined MiracleFeet from the Lumos Foundation, where she served as regional director for Latin America & Caribbean programs. For more than a decade prior, she held leadership roles at Save the Children—as country director in Bolivia and provincial program manager in Mozambique—and CARE as program coordinator in Brazil. She has also lived and worked in Uganda, Angola, Guatemala, Panama, and El Salvador.

Born in Brazil, Daphne grew up in Venezuela, the United Kingdom, and United States and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She earned her master’s degree in Leadership from Duquesne University and bachelor’s in International Studies and Development and Economics from American University.

Debra Mashoro Mudariki

Technical Program Officer (UK)

Debra joins MiracleFeet with over ten years experience treating clubfoot and providing technical assistance to clubfoot providers and programs. She is a physiotherapist based in Harare, Zimbabwe where she worked as the clinical manager for the Zimbabwe Sustainable Clubfoot Program since 2013 training, supervising, and mentoring health workers at clubfoot clinics around the country. Debra studied rehabilitation and physiotherapy at the University of Zimbabwe and has practiced for 15 years, including several years for the Ministry of Health treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and disabilities in government hospitals, before becoming the clinical manager for the national clubfoot program. Additionally, she hold a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. Debra is also a clinical instructor at the University of Zimbabwe College of Health Sciences, Rehabilitation Department. Her passion is restoring mobility and ensuring people enjoy their maximum physical potential and quality of life.  

Dr. Ekene Isikaku

Senior Program Field Officer, West and Central Africa (Nigeria)

Dr. Ekene Isikaku is MiracleFeet’s Senior Program Field Officer for West and Central Africa supporting the development and implementation of national-driven programs aimed at timely and equitable treatment of clubfoot in West and Central Africa. Ekene supports efforts to drive enrollment, ensure treatment quality, facilitate the integration of clubfoot into national public health systems, and support policy developments relevant to clubfoot. Ekene is a public health physician and certified project management specialist with 14+ years of experience in both public and private health sectors. Ekene has contributed to the efforts of some international organizations such as FHI360, the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria, PEPFAR, and CDC/ACTION PLUS UP projects. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka Nigeria, and a Masters of Public Health from Cardiff University, Wales. Based in Abuja, Nigeria Ekene enjoys cooking, dancing, and playing the piano. In the early stages of her career, she received an honorary recognition for Community Development in appreciation of her community health project and health promotion activities.

Emeka Onuoha

Recruitment Specialist (Nigeria)

Emeka is the Recruitment Specialist at MiracleFeet leading full cycle recruiting and helping attracting top talent. Emeka has over 13 years of experience across the development, public, and private sectors in Nigeria. He holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and a MPA from the National Open University of Nigeria. Emeka has held positions with several NGO’s including FHI 360 and Malaria Consortium. Outside of work, Emeka enjoys teaching young people about preparing for interviews and resume writing. He also has a deep interest in the environment.

Emily Paranjape

Senior Major Gifts Officer (USA)

Emily develops relationships with current and potential supporters of MiracleFeet to grow the organization’s major gifts pipeline and capacity to treat as many kids with clubfoot as possible. She brings experience in individual and institutional fundraising for a variety of causes and nonprofit settings including sustainable agriculture, higher education, and equitable economic development. Previously, Emily has fundraised across several donor segments—from designing individual donor cultivation strategies to developing grant proposals and budgets for private foundations, corporate funders, and multiple levels of government contracts.

Emily is a North Carolina native and holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Appalachian State University and master’s in public administration from UNC-Chapel Hill. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon with her husband, son, and rescue dog (Lucky) where she enjoys gardening, cooking, playing music, and exploring the outdoors.

Emmanuel Otoo

Director of Programs (USA)

Emmanuel Otoo joins MiracleFeet with 15+ years of international experience in community-driven and power-shifting social justice issues. He is passionate about using integrated grassroots solutions to dismantle the drivers of injustices and inequalities.

Emmanuel has served as Interim Executive Vice President at The Global Fund for Children (GFC), where he facilitated strategic thinking and supported programmatic and organizational advancement initiative, and managed strategic relationships. Simultaneously, he held the position of Regional Program Director for Africa & the Middle East and was responsible for a portfolio of 60+ organizations in 19 countries in sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa, and the Middle East. His most recent role was Program Officer for the International Children’s Education Program at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund where he facilitated community-led efforts in achieving inclusive quality education for marginalized children.

Prior to his work at GFC Emmanuel was the West Africa Regional Director for Free the Slaves. He has acquired substantial field experience while working with the United Nations Development Program in their Ghana Field Office and with the International Labor Organization/ International Program on the Elimination of Child Labor (ILO/IPEC)’s Ghana office. He has also served as a facilitator of community engagements and a catalyst for equity and growth working with various organizations such as Plan International. Emmanuel received his BA in Sociology, Executive MBA in Project Management, and his MA in Social work all from the University of Ghana.

Eubert Nkum Mensah

Program Grants Officer (Ghana)

As MiracleFeet’s Program Grants Officer, Eubert ensures operational, financial, procedural, compliance, and reporting excellence across our programs. Based in Accra, Ghana, Eubert works closely with the Program Managers and Program Field Officers to support our partners and promote consistent, innovative, and collaborative grant implementation procedures. Eubert brings 13+ years of progressive experience in grants and financial management and has provided operational and financial management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness support to initiatives in Ghana, Kenya, and Togo. Previously, Eubert led the finance and grants functions at World Education Inc., Oxford Policy Management Ltd., the Palladium Group, FHI360, and Catholic Relief Services. He has significant experience working with governments, civil society organizations/NGOs, and private sector partners in implementing health and education-focused projects, including the Ghana Adolescent Reproductive Health and End Neglected Tropical Diseases in Africa. Eubert is a chartered accountant, a certified information systems auditor, and a certified governance, risk, and compliance auditor. He holds an executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, and a bachelor’s degree in social sciences with specialization in accounting and economics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Fabiola Florero

Program Manager, LATAM (Bolivia)

Fabiola joins MiracleFeet with nearly two decades of expertise addressing the needs of vulnerable populations. Her skills encompass program design and implementation, program quality improvement, and organizational capacity strengthening, all aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and sustainability. Fabiola has actively contributed to initiatives related to HIV/AIDS, child rights and protection, preventing sexually exploitation, and diverse gender-based empowerment programs. Throughout her professional journey, Fabiola has held key roles at Defense for Children International, Save the Children, Asociación Vivo en Positivo (a non-profit organization in Cochabamba, Bolivia), and the Human Development Institute. In each role, she has developed a profound understanding of participatory and community engagement approaches in program design and implementation. Fabiola holds a Master’s degree in strategic management from San Simón Bolivian University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Cochabamba, Bolivia. In 2014, she received recognition from the Legislative Assembly of Deputies Bolivian State – Human Rights Committee for her significant contribution to the defense of human rights for vulnerable populations, including promoting the formulation of laws and programs. When not orchestrating impactful programs, Fabiola finds solace in the rhythm of swimming and the sweet harmony of baking with her family.

Faisal Imtiaz Sheikh

Senior Program Field Officer, South Asia (Pakistan)

Faisal is a public health professional with more than 7 years of experience in disease prevention, health promotion, and management of public health programs. Before joining Miraclefeet, he was a consultant with National Emergency Operations Centre for polio eradication in Pakistan and he also served as a training consultant with the Government of Punjab, training district health managers of 36 districts on intervention packages related to the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases. In recognition of Faisal’s advocacy efforts, he was honored by Punjab’s Provincial Government and nominated twice to represent his country in Challenge: Future Summits in Slovenia in 2012 & 2013. Faisal is a pharmacist by training and completed his MS in Public Health from Health Services Academy, Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. He is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Fernanda de Carvalho Geiger

Associate Director of Program Operations (Brazil)

Fernanda is a seasoned Global Health professional with over a decade of experience in international development. She has been a strong advocate for equitable access to healthcare for populations with non-communicable diseases in low-resource countries. Fernanda’s expertise lies in program management and operations where she excels in strategic planning, budget management, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. Her dedication to achieving impact and outcomes is evident in her work where she focuses on identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. She values diverse perspectives and experiences, recognizing their importance in driving innovation and improving program outcomes.

With a passion for patient advocacy and a commitment to excellence, Fernanda has dedicated her career to designing and implementing community-led programs to enhance the well-being of marginalized populations. In her previous role as Regional Manager at the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH), Fernanda significantly increased access to hemophilia treatment through community engagement in South America. Her advocacy and stakeholder engagement skills were instrumental in negotiating and signing a memorandum of understanding with the government of Colombia to enhance access to health services and establish the National Hemophilia Program in Bolivia. Before her work at WFH, Fernanda coordinated the Latin Alliance Network at the Brazilian Association of Lymphoma and Leukemia (ABRALE), managing a portfolio of over 100 organizations across 20 countries. Fernanda holds a BA in International Relations from Sao Paulo State University in Brazil and a certificate in International Negotiations from the University of São Paulo. Additionally, she earned a certificate in Introduction to Health Economics and Health Technology Assessment, jointly awarded by the World Federation of Hemophilia and NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Fernanda is known for her hands-on approach to leadership, actively engaging with staff, partners, and stakeholders, working together to guarantee the highest standards of access to sustainable and equitable healthcare are achieved and maintained for those in most need. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, she’s currently adding French to her repertoire.

Geoffrey Bisanda

Senior Program Field Officer, East Africa (Uganda)

Geoffrey is based in Uganda and supports MiracleFeet’s East Africa portfolio including leading the strategic facilitation, development, and implementation of locally-driven initiatives aimed at early detections and referrals, supporting the integration of clubfoot into national health systems, and supporting timely and quality treatment of clubfoot in the region. Geoffrey brings 12+ years of multi-cultural and international experience in program design and management to this role. His passion for advancing child-oriented initiatives motivated him to contribute to the efforts of international organizations such as the Light for the World International and Mott Macdonald Ltd. Geoffrey holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate diploma in project management.  

Josh Rosenstein

Finance and Administrative Coordinator (USA)

Josh joins the MiracleFeet team after having finished a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s School of Government, concentrating in nonprofit management. Prior to graduate school, Josh worked in front-line positions in educational and environmental nonprofits, as well as in private medical practice administration. He is passionate about the power of the nonprofit sector to create positive change in people’s lives. Outside of work, Josh serves as Vice Chair of the Town of Chapel Hill’s Cultural Arts Commission. He can often be found performing stand-up comedy throughout the Triangle region and singing country songs at home to his cat, Evee.

Julianne Malise

Finance Officer (USA)

Julianne has over 20 years of experience in tax and accounting, most recently in the nonprofit sector as accounting manager for a large behavioral health organization. She holds a BS in Accounting as well as an MBA and EA. Julianne is excited to share her knowledge with, and learn much more from, the MiracleFeet family. When not playing with numbers, Julianne enjoys biking, hiking, and enjoying all the Natural State of Arkansas has to offer.

Justin McCarthy

Chief Development and Communications Officer (USA)

Justin joined MiracleFeet in late 2022 as the Chief Development and Communications Officer. In this role he leads the strategic direction of development and communications to leverage and grow MiracleFeet’s existing brand and support of MiracleFeet’s vision of a world where no child lives with untreated clubfoot.

Previously Justin worked in a variety of roles at Smile Train including his most recent role as Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships. Before that, Justin led other development teams working with individual donors, foundations, and community partners to raise money and awareness.

Earlier in his career, Justin led business development functions for award-winning marketing service organizations and creative agencies earning business from brands like SONY Electronics, Merck Consumer Care, Kraft, Aflac, Anheuser-Busch, Avery Dennison, Black & Decker, and others across multiple industry sectors. His professional sales, marketing, and public relations skills have been honed over more than 25 years with early career roles in agency account service growing into business development leadership functions with organizations in Boston, Los Angeles, and Tokyo.

Justin is a graduate of Boston College and is based in Connecticut.

Katie Allison

Associate Director of Development (USA)

Katie Allison is the Associate Director of Development at MiracleFeet. She brings a decade of fundraising prowess to the team having worked with individuals, foundations, and corporate partners to raise funds to support children with intellectual disabilities and their families. At MiracleFeet, Katie focuses on identifying and building relationships with new foundations and individual donors to help ensure treatment for more children born with clubfoot. Katie lives in the greater Washington, DC area and has a degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University, College of Health and Behavioral Studies.

Kattya Guevara

Application Support Analyst, LATAM (Ecuador)

Kattya joins MiracleFeet with extensive experience in project management and tech solutions. Born in Ecuador, Kattya holds an International Business Bachelor Degree and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) by PMI. Previously she worked for the organization Preemptive Love as a project coordinator. She has learned that successful project implementation is crucial to making a positive impact to sustain those who need it the most, and utilizes her passion for project management working with MiracleFeet’s partners in Latin America. In her free time Kattya enjoys listening to music and trying new tea flavors.

Liza Engstrom

Senior Executive Assistant (USA)

Liza Engstrom supports MiracleFeet’s administrative team with projects and organization-wide coordination and communications. Liza holds an MPH from the University of North Carolina’s Gillings School of Public Health and a BA from Northwestern University. Before joining MiracleFeet, Liza provided operational support to the Board of the Triangle Society for Human Resources Management and Advanced Wellness Systems, and worked at a range of health and wellness-focused organizations throughout her career. Liza has experience working in Mexico and teaching English through a Fulbright in South Korea.

Luna Mazzilli

Programs Support Officer (Bolivia)

Luna completed her bachelor’s degree in Law and her master’s degree in Human Rights and Multilevel Governance. Prior to joining MiracleFeet Luna worked with Defence for Children and Save the Children. Luna loves to travel and enjoys reading and writing. She is based in Bolivia.

Madison Alexander

Operations Manager (USA)

Madison has worked in social innovation and international development for over five years. Before joining MiracleFeet, he served as Program Coordinator for the Duke-UNICEF Innovation Accelerator, a program that identifies and scales social enterprises in Africa. Madison also has experience with USAID-funded global health projects from his time with the Carolina Population Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Madison is passionate about leveraging social innovation to give every child a fair chance. He has a BA in Economics from UNC-Chapel Hill, where he graduated as a Buckley Public Service Scholar. Madison spends most of his free time hiking with his wife and his dog and playing tennis.

Maria Cristina Mosende

Program Manager, East Asia and Pacific (Philippines)

Maria Cristina Mosende is a Registered Social Worker and a public health specialist. Currently based in her home city of Manila, Philippines, Maria Cristina has worked throughout Asia and the Pacific in various capacities, providing management and technical support to governments, civil society, and non-government organizations. She gathers more than fifteen years of international experience in program design and management, community development, civil society and stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation of public health and Global Fund projects. Megan Dale

Donor Engagement Manager (USA)

Megan’s professional career has focused on the nonprofit sector, most recently as a Financial Empowerment Specialist at Families Together, a nonprofit organization in Raleigh, NC, supporting families with children experiencing homelessness. Megan is passionate about improving the quality of life for children, and brings several years of experience in client facing, customer service, and case management roles, as well as demonstrated experience in database management and a track record of successfully building a rapport with community organizations to cultivate partnerships. Megan is also pursuing a Master of Public Administration, concentrating in nonprofit management, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She spends most of her free time reading, painting, and checking out new restaurants in the triangle area.

Meredith Driscoll

Director of Finance and Operations (USA)

Meredith has spent her entire career in the nonprofit sector, working for over a decade in local and national nonprofits focused largely on eliminating childhood poverty. Her work includes building and launching an after-school program in a high-poverty neighborhood in Washington, D.C., to directing corporate and foundation fundraising for Teach For America in eastern North Carolina. She is passionate about ensuring that children can lead full, productive lives and is dedicated to helping MiracleFeet improve the lives of children around the world. Meredith has a bachelor’s in public policy and MBA from Duke University. In her free time she enjoys reading about social justice and spending time with her daughter and husband.

Nola Paterni

Associate Director, Marketing & Communications (USA)

Nola is an accomplished and versatile writer with a knack for producing compelling content. Working in global health non-profit communications for over a decade, she is a great story teller and a talented project, campaign, and team manager. Before joining MiracleFeet, Nola worked at IntraHealth International leading fundraising communications and producing SwitchPoint, an annual conference of leading thinkers and doers at the intersection of global health, development, technology, and art. Nola is a force of creativity with a knack for seeing and sparking meaningful connections between people and causes. She has a Master’s in English and an undergraduate degree in studio art.

Olivia Castellanos

Multimedia Content Producer (USA)

Olivia (Livvy) Castellanos joins MiracleFeet with extensive experience in photography, documentary filmmaking, and writing. She holds a BFA in Digital Filmmaking from Stephens College. Previously, Livvy worked as a freelance photographer and videographer in Central America with clients such as Child Aid, UN Foundation, MAIA and She’s the First, among others. Livvy is drawn to real and honest storytelling, and has a desire to cultivate empathy across continents, countries, communities, and individuals. She speaks English and Spanish.

Oussama Zekri

Senior Program Field Officer, Middle East and North Africa (Tunisia)

Dr. Oussama Zekri is MiracleFeet’s Senior Program Field Officer, Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Dr. Zekri is a young professional and Fulbright Alumnus with a passion for African affairs, international development, and public health issues. He has a track record of professional field experience in both developed and developing countries, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to joining MiracleFeet, he was a Senior Project Analyst at Dimagi Inc. for their West Africa business unit, based in Dakar Senegal. Dr. Zekri is from Tunisia, grew up in the Chad Republic, lived in Dakar, Senegal and had the opportunity to work in the region in countries such as Burkina Faso, Benin, Madagascar, and others on top of his extensive travels in many other African countries. Dr. Zekri has a DMD from the University of Monastir, Tunisia and an MHA (concentration in Health Services Policy and Management) from the Arnold School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina. He will be based in Rabat, Morocco.

Peter Mboizi

Application Support Analyst, Anglophone Africa (Uganda)

Peter’s role as Application Support Analyst supports Miraclefeet’s core program technology systems in partner countries across the Anglophone Africa region. Prior to joining Miraclefeet, Peter worked with Uganda National Clubfoot Program as an Assistant National Program Coordinator and CAST/M&E Coordinator for four and a half years. He joins Miraclefeet over eight years of experience as Ponseti practitioner and a trainer in ACT Ponseti Courses. He is based in Uganda.

Saputra Liadi

Program Field Officer, East Asia & Pacific Region (Indonesia)

Saputra Liadi joins MiracleFeet with over ten years of experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and community involvement. He brings deep knowledge of non-governmental organizations and the Indonesian civil society space. Saputra’s expertise includes program design, monitoring and evaluation, emergency response, strategic partnership development, and knowledge management and he has actively contributed to initiatives related to social safeguarding, COVID-19 response, gender-based violence prevention, innovative financing, and organizational strengthening. He also has significant experience in humanitarian assistance and international development. Throughout his career, Saputra has held various roles in UN agencies such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), as well as international organizations like Wahana Visi Indonesia (World Vision), Cordaid, and the Asian Development Bank’s  funded project. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish, and Indonesian. Saputra holds a Master’s in International Affairs from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Outside of work, Saputra enjoys café hopping, exploring traditional markets, traveling, and reading. His passion for cooking is matched by his enthusiasm for trying new culinary delights. He is also interested in placemaking and is eager to learn Mandarin.

Salimah Walani

Global Policy & Advocacy Advisor (USA)

Dr. Salimah Walani is MiracleFeet’s Global Policy & Advocacy Advisor. A leader in maternal and newborn health, especially birth defects, Salimah is well positioned to lead MiracleFeet’s global advocacy for clubfoot treatment.

Before joining MiracleFeet, Salimah was Vice President for Global Programs at March of Dimes where she focused on prevention of birth defects and prematurity in low- and middle-income countries, and she served as March of Dimes’ global spokesperson with the World Health Organization and other UN agencies, governmental, non-governmental and civil society organizations, as well as the organization’s partners in Asia, Latin America, and Africa.

Salimah holds a PhD from New York University, a Masters of Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health, and a Master’s of Nursing from Simmons College in Boston. Originally from Karachi, Pakistan, Salimah studied and taught at the Aga Khan University before migrating to the United States. 

Seth Nutakor

Program Grants Officer (Ghana)

Seth comes to MiracleFeet with strong experience in grant management, financial compliance, due diligence, capacity building, and monitoring and evaluation. Most recently, Seth worked as a Grants Manager for the Institute of Statistical Social and Economic Research at the University of Ghana. Prior to that, he was a Regional Grants Officer for the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), where he provided technical and administrative support to Ghana, Nigeria, Mali, and Burkina Faso. Seth has quite a few degrees and certifications, including a BA in Psychology, an MBA in Strategic Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Shelby Cotta

Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist (USA)

Shelby is a Florida-based creative who is passionate about all things design and communication. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor in Advertising, a Bachelor in Visual Art Studies, and a Certificate in Graphic Design, she worked with numerous brands — both large and small — on their advertising campaigns. She’s held many roles within the advertising field, including her most recent position as a Multimedia Designer for the University of Florida Office of Admissions. Although new to the nonprofit sector, all of Shelby’s work is focused on one goal: making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Tameka Davis

Human Resources Manager, SHRM-CP (USA)

Tameka has over ten years of experience in human resources and finance within the nonprofit and government sector, most recently at North Carolina Conservation Network. Tameka also served as a board member of the Raleigh Metro Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as the organization’s Diversity Director. She currently serves on the board of Ron Howell Foundation. Tameka holds a Society for Human Resource Management, Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification and brings a wealth of experience in recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, DE&I, payroll, and more. In her free time she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

Tikahya Lampley

Finance Associate (USA)

Before joining MiracleFeet, Tikahya worked with Kartemquin Educational Films, a four-time Oscar-nominated 501(c)3 non-profit production company located in Chicago, Illinois. Most recently, Tikahya was the Finance and Operations Coordinator, supporting the organization and its documentary filmmakers via accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general budget management. Additionally, they provided HR support including a revamp of the employee onboarding and training process as well as a new employee handbook. Tikahya is a lover of spreadsheets, thriller books, and Halloween and currently lives in North Carolina.

Usman Qazi

Application Support Analyst, Asia (Pakistan)

Usman has over 15 years of experience working in not-for-profit and for-profit organizations focusing on project management, data analysis and visualization, dashboard development and reporting, database development and management, MIS and web development, GIS, and monitoring and evaluation. He is well-versed in creating front and back end development tools (for spatial as well as non-spatial databases) as well as tools such as Manifold, MapEdit, Visual Studio, POWER BI, Tableau, Adobe Dreamweaver, and working in languages like C#, VB.net, ASP.net, JavaScript and APIs like Google API along with database tools like MSSql Server, My-Sql, MS Access and MS Excel. His experiences include monitoring and evaluation activities for different projects as well as development of MIS/GIS systems (including visualization dashboards for program evaluations and reporting), proposal writing and project management. He has also participated in developing many data driven strategies for various organizations. Usman holds a bachelor’s in computer science and a master’s degree in project management.
