About our work

Since 2014, MiracleFeet has worked to increase access to clubfoot treatment throughout the Philippines. The program has expanded to cover almost all regions of the country, providing free treatment to families of children in need.

We currently support 36 clinics throughout the country located in government hospitals, private clinics, and at community-based treatment resource centers.

Our Partners

In early 2014, MiracleFeet first forged partnerships with three public hospitals in the Philippines – Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) in Davao City, Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC) in Cebu, and West Visayas State University Medical Center (WVSUMC) in Iloilo.

In 2018, we began a formal partnership with the Philippine NGO Council on Population, Health, and Welfare, Inc. (PNGOC) to greatly expand clubfoot treatment throughout the Philippines. This partnership gave birth to what is now know as the Philippine National Clubfoot Program.

To ensure treatment quality, MiracleFeet and PNGOC lead a technical working group of Filipino pediatric orthopedic surgeons and health providers from partner hospitals and clinics to support strategic directions for expanding quality care. A Medical Advisor specializing in supportive supervision and the ACT Curriculum regularly consults with our partner clinics and leads refresher courses.

In December of 2024, we began partnerships with two additional organizations: Philippine Band of Mercy (PBM) and the Maharlika Charity Foundation (MCF). MCF currently operates through a sub-granting arrangement with PNGOC, our longstanding partner in the Philippines. This collaborative approach reflects our commitment to building strategic partnerships that enhance our reach and impact.

PBM is an NGO based in Metro Manila specializing in early surgical and medical interventions to indigent children born with birth deformities. With decades of experience and through partnerships with top specialists, hospitals, and interdisciplinary pediatric and dental care programs, PBM has honed its focus on medical support, reconstruction, and rehabilitation.

MCF, based in Davao, brings extensive grassroots experience and a strong presence in local communities. Focused on addressing birth deformities, MCF has developed robust outreach and screening programs to ensure effective case identification and care. Their strategic partnerships, including with the Southern Philippines Medical Center, and initiatives enhance nationwide referrals, community engagement, and capacity building.
