Sirine Tmar

Program Field Officer – Middle East & North Africa

Sirine joins MiracleFeet with a passion for addressing global inequalities and over five years of experience in international development. She’s worked with organizations dedicated to improving livelihoods, including FHI 360, Internews, and Deloitte. She holds a master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Manouba and an MSc in International Development from the University of Manchester, where she was recognized as a Chevening Scholar. Her expertise lies in program management, project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and resource optimization. She has successfully led multi-faceted projects, managed complex budgets, and developed strategies to enhance the impact of initiatives. In her role as Program Field Officer, Sirine supports national-driven programs to ensure timely and equitable clubfoot treatment across MENA. She also plays a key role in expanding MiracleFeet’s efforts in the region while supporting partner capacity-strengthening and helping develop and implement strategies to advance MiracleFeet’s work. Based in Sfax, Tunisia, Sirine speaks English, French, and Arabic.
