Meredith Driscoll

Meredith has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, spanning local, national, and international organizations. Her work has ranged from living and serving in a recovery home for women overcoming homelessness and addiction, to launching an after-school program in a low-income housing community in Washington, D.C., to leading corporate and foundation fundraising efforts for Teach For America in eastern North Carolina.

Since 2016, she has served as MiracleFeet’s Director of Finance and Operations. In this role, she oversees the organization’s operational infrastructure, ensuring strong systems that support talent, financial transparency, and organizational effectiveness. During her tenure, MiracleFeet has more than tripled in size. Meredith is deeply passionate about financial accountability and integrity, ensuring that every dollar invested in MiracleFeet is used effectively to maximize impact.

Meredith holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy and an MBA from Duke University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading nonfiction books, and staying active with Pure Barre classes.
