Firozul Islam

Md. Firozul Islam is the Program Field Officer for South Asia, based in Bangladesh. Firoz has over a decade of experience working with UN agencies, INGOs, and NGOs across Bangladesh. Throughout his career, he has focused on advancing child rights, disability inclusion, gender equality, women’s empowerment, social protection, the well-being of marginalized communities, and supporting climate-resilient livelihoods. His expertise spans program design and implementation, partnership management, resource mobilization, MEAL, and policy advocacy. He has contributed to impactful initiatives with organizations such as United Purpose, BRAC, UNDP, Breaking the Silence, Educo, and TIB, among others. Firoz enjoys music, culture, and travel. He is a singer and guitarist who loves exploring new places.
