Fafavi Gagnon is a Project and Research Manager with over five years of experience in project coordination, applied research, and stakeholder engagement across the agriculture, innovation, entrepreneurship, and development sectors. Throughout her career, she has worked with Africa Experts Inc. and Synapse U, where she successfully coordinated multi-stakeholder projects, managed strategic partnerships, organized workshops and field missions, supported qualitative research activities, and maintained well-structured project documentation across several countries in West and Central Africa. Fafavi holds a master’s degree in project management from African Center for Higher Studies in Management (CESAG) in Senegal and a bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, and Insurance from High Institute of Management Adonai in Togo. She has further developed her expertise through professional training in Program Management, Qualitative Research Design for Monitoring and Evaluation, and Responsible Agricultural Investment Projects from institutions including KAYA/USAID, the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, and the FAO. She is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, and German, enabling her to work effectively across diverse regional and multicultural environments. Fafavi is deeply committed to serving others through meaningful initiatives that provide hope and practical support to communities.
