Dr. Chrysal Ngouateu Beaudou pursued a career in public health after being inspired by the strength and resilience of his community in the face of many health disparities. His career has spanned clinical work, disease surveillance, and emergency response. As National Medical Coordinator for International Medical Corps, Chrysal oversaw a large team. In addition to his clinical and public health work, Chrysal is actively involved in research endeavors focused on epidemiology, infectious diseases, and health systems strengthening. He recently finished his Master’s in Public Health and will conclude his Master’s in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid in 2025. Outside of work, Chrysal loves travelling, reading, music and spending quality time with family.
