Alpha Amadou Cherif Haidara is financial professional with over nine years of experience in financial accountability, grants management, and project coordination. Cherif worked as Senior Projects and Financial Management Coordinator at The Mitchell Group Inc., where he oversaw donor reporting, internal controls, and capacity building for grantees. Previously, he worked with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) as Regional Subgrants Manager for Central and West Africa, ensuring compliance, risk assessment, and capacities strengthening for partners across the region. Fluent in French and English and based in Conakry, Guinea, Cherif play an important role in supporting both our francophone partners and newer partners to build strong systems, strengthen accountability, and achieve sustainable program success.
