Miles to Miracle

Miles to Miracle is a first-of-its-kind animated short film produced by KLICK Health and drawn entirely by real footsteps.

Inspired by a girl named Miracle, the film tells a powerful, generational story of a child born with clubfoot and how access to treatment transformed her life. What makes this project extraordinary is that every frame was created using real running routes: 597 paths mapped across lower Manhattan, totaling 2,792 miles, recorded by participants using Strava. Even the film’s soundtrack incorporates the real rhythm of those footsteps.

This isn’t animation in the traditional sense. It’s art made from movement. Every frame of the film’s 150 second stop-motion sequence tells a story about the life-changing power of mobility. Now, these 597 real NYC routes are open for you to complete. Run or walk them anytime and post with #MilesToMiracle to help others discover what mobility can make possible.

More than 200,000 children

are born with clubfoot every year—a condition that makes walking impossible. Treatment exists. But access is still out of reach for too many.
