Director of Philanthropy
Location: North America – Chapel Hill, North Carolina
MiracleFeet is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial non-profit whose 15 person team is passionate about working together to transform the lives of children born with clubfoot in low income countries. MiracleFeet is looking for a dynamic leader to take the organization’s annual fundraising from $3-4M per year to $10M per year over the next 6 years to support its long-term plan to end untreated clubfoot globally.
The Director of Fundraising is a key member of the 4-person senior leadership team and contributes to the overall strategic thinking associated with building MiracleFeet into a high impact, highly efficient organization capable of reaching over 20,000 new children per year by 2022. The Director of Fundraising will likely oversee a four person team, which includes a social media manager and marketing manager to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with fundraising goals.
MiracleFeet is looking for a heavyweight, strategic leader with a proven track record of working creatively to nurture donor relationships in order to drive forward the organization’s fundraising activity.
