"When parents are faced with this disaster of seeing a baby born with clubfeet, they get to be very depressed.
When they go to the doctor and are told that their baby must have surgery, they are sad.
But when they can see that this deformity is nothing, that is a very easy thing to correct and the child is normal, they have hope." Dr Ignacio Ponseti
miraclefeet offers a variety of ways to donate and help treat clubfoot one step at a time.

Donate $250 to give the gift of walking!
$1000 is a lifetime of walking for 4 children.
The Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) Committee at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Viriginia Beach, VA was formed in order to help the church donate to organizations making progress towards the MDGs.
Recently, the committee's co-chair, Bonnie Kheuen, came across miraclefeet. "My niece, Kelly, who is now 28 years old," writes Kheune, "was born with severe bi-lateral clubfeet. At the time she was born, no one in our family, not even the doctors in the hospital where she was born, knew anything about clubfeet. My sister was very fortunate that her pediatrician was familiar with the Ponseti Method and began treatment when Kelly was a few weeks old. As a result, Kelly has always been athletic, playing softball on her school teams, and is an avid runner as an adult.
As part of
the MDGs committee, we research various groups that we feel will advance
these goals. The committee discusses the various groups and allocates
funds to support groups we select. We believe that a contribution to miraclefeet will
serve the goals of improving child and maternal health as well as
helping to cut global poverty by helping these children become
productive citizens.
We are so happy to be able to help these
children in this way. Through personal experience I know what a
difference this treatment can make."
The MDG committee's gift has enabled miraclefeet patients in four countries receive treatment so that they can lead healthy, productive lives!
