Roger Berman: Chairman. President of RH Berman Consulting, working with US and international clients on marketing and strategic growth initiatives. Roger is also President of FARO textiles, a US, Turkish and Bulgarian textile joint venture. Roger was previously Co-founder and President of Digital LAVA, a digital video communications company. Earlier in his career he spent 20 years in the apparel industry including being President and CEO of St. Eve International. Roger received his MBA from NYU and his AB from Hamilton College and is the father of a successfully treated child born with clubfoot.
Bridget Ryan Berman: CEO of Victoria's Secret Direct, former CEO of Giorgio Armani Corporation, COO of Apple's retail division and Group President of Polo Ralph Lauren Retail. Bridget serves on numerous boards including Tanger Factory Outlets Centers, New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, as well as the Virginia Tech University Foundation Board and Pamplin College of Business Advisory Council. Ms. Berman graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Business Administration. Bridget is the mother of a successfully treated child born with clubfoot.
Joshua Hyman, MD: Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Columbia University and an Assistant Attending at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Hyman's research focuses on methods of measuring quality of life in children. He is also actively involved in research trials on clubfoot, scoliosis and neuromuscular diseases in children. Dr. Hyman did his orthopedic surgical training at Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital.
Jennifer Tye: Strategic & Promotional Marketing at Genentech. Formerly worked at Affymetrix and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Jennifer received an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, and an AB in Economics from Harvard University. Jennifer resides in the Bay Area and is the mother of a successfully treated child born with clubfoot.
Andy Cohen: Retired CEO of Wholesale Footwear, Accessories and Retail, The Jones Group (including Nine West). Andy has a history of excellence in leadership in several leading clothing and shoe companies. He received his BS in business at the University of Maryland.
Kunal Premnarayen: Group CEO of the ICS Group, a real estate services and hospitality company with business interests throughout India and South Africa. Kunal was born with clubfoot and successfully treated with the Ponseti Method in India over 30 years ago. Kunal has a BA from Wake Forest University in North Carolina, where he played varsity tennis. Kunal and his wife, Kavita, live in Mumbai where they are also involved in a nonprofit that provides training for women in one of Mumbai’s largest slums.
Chesca Colloredo-Mansfeld: Executive Director of miraclefeet. Chesca has a proven track record of helping to create and build organizations in the corporate, academic and non-profit arenas. Her experience includes the University of North Carolina Business School, University of Iowa President's Office and College of Business, eToys, CitySearch, The Boston Consulting Group, Goldman Sachs, International Rescue Committee and CARE. Chesca has worked and lived in Ecuador, Pakistan, South Africa, UK and the US. She received an MBA from Stanford and a BA from UNC-Chapel Hill.
Jose Morcuende, MD: Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Iowa, Director of the Ponseti Clubfoot Center and recognized leader in clubfoot treatment. Dr. Morcuende's research focus is on the treatment of clubfoot. He completed his medical training at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, Spain and at the University of Iowa under Dr. Ponseti. Jose is also a co-founder and the Medical Director of Ponseti International Association.
Shafique Pirani, MD: Clinical Professor at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of British Columbia Medical School. He is widely known for his clubfoot assessment tool, the Pirani Clubfoot Severity Score, for his pioneering work on how the Ponseti method corrects the clubfoot deformity, and for initiating the movement for the use of the Ponseti Method in developing nations. He is also the Project Director of the Uganda Sustainable Clubfoot Care Project.
David Spiegel, MD: Pediatric orthopedic surgeon at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. Dr. Spiegel also serves as a Consultant in Orthopedics and Rehabilitation at the Hospital & Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children in Banepa, Nepal. Dr. Spiegel attended Duke University for college, medical school, and orthopedic surgical residency. He then completed both a research and a clinical fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Li Zhao, MD, PhD: Professor and Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon at Xin-Hua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine in China. As one of the leading members of the Chinese Medical Association Section of Pediatri Orthopedics, he and his team organize the training courses of Ponseti Method management in China since the launch of the China Clubfoot Project in 2005.

Rick Schwend, MD, PhD: Clinical Professor of Orthopedics at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Schwend attended St. Louis University School of Medicine and Harvard University, where he was the Chief Resident at the Children’s Hospital in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery. In addition, Dr. Schwend has served on the POSNA Committee on Underserved Regions since 2009 and has done extensive medical missions to Ecuador and Haiti.
Rodger Raderman: Co-Founder. Media and technology entrepreneur, Co-founder and Co-CEO of Nukotoys, Co-founder of Veeker and Obscura Digital, and Founder of IFILM. Formerly worked for Saatchi & Saatchi and Marinex Multimedia. Rodger received an MA from the Graduate Theological Union at the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA from UCLA. Rodger resides in the Bay Area and is the father of a successfully treated child born with clubfoot.
Mike North, PhD: Chief Technology Officer at Nukotoys, Inc. and founder of design consultancy North Design Labs, LLC. He is published in a number of major scientific journals, including the journal Nature; and continues to speak internationally on design and innovation. Dr. North holds bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees in engineering.
Andrew DiMeo, PhD: Director of Industrial Relations and Teaching Assistant Professor at the NCSU/UNC Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering. Andrew was Founder and executive director of the North Carolina Medical Device Organization (predating ibiliti), co-founder and VP Business Development for Gilero, a product development company.
